What you need to hand over

• Indonesia PCC
• Please find below the requirement, process overview and fees for applying Police Clearance Certificate for Foreigner
• Passport photo 4x6cm (yellow background). If you do not have a photo with yellow background, we can assist you editing it.
• Color copy of current Passport (ID page + all pages which are stamped). If the Police Clearance Certificate is covering a period of your old passport(s), please include a color copy (ID page + all pages which are stamped) of your previous passport(s) as well.
• Color copy Limited Stay Permit (KITAS/ITAS) of the period of stay in Indonesia.
• Sponsor Letters which need to be signed by the company you work for in Indonesia. The drafts will be provided by us. The sponsor letters consist out of:
• Application letter for Police Clearance Certificate.
• Letter of Attorney where your employer provides a proxy to us, for arranging the Police Clearance Certificate; and
• Statement letter, which states that you are working in the company from date X until date Y.
• Fingerprint form – Form will be provided by us upon initiation of the case. You can collect your fingerprints at your local police station or fingerprint agency.
• General Processing time: 3 – 5 working days upon receiving completed requirement and full upfront payment. However, if we receive the PCC earlier, we will share it to you immediately.
• Our service fee for Procurement of Police Clearance Certificate is USD 285/person, excluding shipping costs in case the original document needs to be shipped abroad.
