What this covers
This policy explains what Trusfast collects when you use this website or message us on WhatsApp, why we collect it, and how it is handled. Last updated 26 August 2026. If a term here is unclear, ask us directly on WhatsApp — we would rather explain it in plain words than leave it in a paragraph you have to re-read.
What we collect, and why
Contact details — your name, phone/WhatsApp number and email, so we can send checklists, quotes and stage updates.
Case documents — certificates, IDs, passport copies and similar files you send us to process your service. We collect only what a given service actually needs, never more.
Payment records — what was charged, when, and for which service, so both sides have a clean record. We do not store full card numbers; payments run through the payment method you choose directly.
Website usage — standard analytics (page views, and whether a WhatsApp or call button was tapped) so we know which pages are actually useful. This does not identify you personally.

How your documents specifically are handled
Every original you hand over — in person or by courier — gets a numbered receipt at the moment we take custody. Files are kept in safe custody between stages and moved onward only by tracked courier. Digital copies are used solely to process your case and are not repurposed for anything else, including marketing.
Who we share information with
Only the parties your case actually requires: the government authority, council, embassy, DataFlow, Prometric or similar body your service is filed with; the courier company moving your originals; and standard service providers (hosting, analytics) that keep this website running. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns, and tracks WhatsApp/call button clicks the same way. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting how the site works.
Your rights, and how to reach us
Under India's data protection law (the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your case is complete and any legal record-keeping period has passed.
